John Hobbs was born on August 17, 1823 in Soham, Cambridgeshire, England, United Kingdom. His parents were John Hobbs (1796 - 1867) and Charlotte (Munns) Hobbs (1804 - 1855).[1]
John married Elizabeth Ames (<1832 - 1914) on August 5, 1854 in Soham.[2]
John died on 30 Apr 1867 in Soham, Cambridgeshire aged 43.[3]
An Obituarary appeared in the Cambridge, Cambridge Chronicle and Universe, Cambridgeshire, England on 4 May 1867.[4]
