Toowoomba Chronicle and Darling Downs General Advertiser (Qld. : 1875 - 1902), Saturday 31 October 1885. [1] Public Notices. IN THE SUPREME COURT OF QUEENSLAND. Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction. In the WILL of ELIZABETH BALL, late of Toowoomba, in the colony of Queensland, Widow, deceased. NOTICE Is hereby given that, after the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the publication hereof, application will be made to the said Honorable Court that Probate of the WILL of the above-named ELIZABETH BALL, deceased, may be granted to JOHN HODGE BALL, of Toowoomba aforesaid, Grazier, and JOSEPH SHARPE M'INTYRE, of Toowoomba aforesaid, Auctioneer, the Executors named in the said Will. Dated at Toowoomba this twenty-eighth day of October, a.d., 1885. C. H. BOYDE MACKAY, Margaret-street, Toowoomba. Proctor for the said Executors.
