Mrs. Inger Wells entered into rest at San Jose, California April 26, 1934. Devoted wife of Calvin W. Wells, loving mother of the late Claude E. Wells and Fred G. Wells, beloved grandmother of Mildred, Wilbur, Calvin and Frederick C. Wells. A native of New York. Buried at Long Beach, Calif.
Inger Hoel was born in New York City October 16, 1852. In 1855 she moved with her parents to Madison, Wisconsin. In the fall of 1867 they moved to Nevada, Iowa. In 1874, April 9th, she was married to Calvin Wells. They lived on their farm 18 years, then moved to Nevada and lived there until 1908 when they came out to California to spend the rest of their time.
