Biography

Keeolewa "Full size" Hoke was born in 1867 at Kohala on the Island of Hawai'i in the Kingdom of Hawaii. He was the son of Ting-Sing Hoke, of Chinese origins, and his wife, Kahula Kaapana, an ethnic Hawaiian.

Keeolewa only lived to about 13 years old and he died in 1881 in the Kingdom of Hawaii. His mother also died in March 1881 and it is likely they were caught in an epidemic at that time. He lived and died on the island of Hawai'i. [1]
