Alice Holcroft was born about 1550.

Alice was the daughter and heir of Sir John Holcroft, knight^[1] and Dorothy Bold. She passed away in 1626.

Alice was married to Sir Edward Fitton of Gawsworth, Cheshire.^{[2] [1]}
