Rosina (Holloway) Coppin migrated from England to Canada.

Rosina Mabel was born 10th June 1878^[1] in Greenwich, Kent, England^[2][3] and baptised 18th September 1878 at Christ Church, Greenwich, England, the daughter of Robert Holloway (labourer)and Emily Holloway, of 6 New Castle Street {Greenwich}^[4].

Rosina Mabel married Roland Alfred Coppin in 1903 in London^[5]

Rosina arrived at Quebec, Canada in 1906 ^[6]

In 1916, Rosina, husband Roland and 6 year old daughter Kathleen were living in Saskacthwon, Ross Block, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada^[7]

Rosina left Canada from Bridgeburg {Ontario, Canada} in 1918^[6]

In 1920 Rosina, Roland and Kathleen were living at Buffalo Ward 23, Erie, New York, United States^[8]

Rosina travelled from Buffalo, New York back to Canada in 1921.^[6]

On 29th May 1921 Rosina travelled back to Buffalo, New York with her daughter Kathleen (aged 11 years) and child Constance (aged 1 year)^[9]

In 1930, the family were living at Kenmore, Erie, New York, United States.^[10]

On 20th October 1943 Rosina Mabel and her husband moved to 143 Lisbon Avenue, Buffalo, New York.^[11][3]

Rosina Mabel Coppin died 6th April 1965 in Los Angeles, California, United States^[1] and was buried at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Glendale, Los Angeles, California, US^[12]

Research Notes

No birth registration has been found for a Rosina Mabel in about 1879 Greenwich Registration district with mother's maiden name TOPLIFF (or variants) . There is a Rosina Mabel registered with Mother's maiden Name HILLS in 1878^[15]. Robert and Emily had a daughter Rosina Mabel baptised, so the mother's maiden name on the birth registration is an error due to mother using birth surname & that of her step-father James Hills.
