Jehosaphat Holmes Jr. was the paternal fourth great grandfather of Mamie (Doud) Eisenhower, First Lady of the United States, who was married to Dwight Eisenhower the 34th President of the United States.

Jehosaphat was born 13 Jun 1721. He was the son of Jehosaphat Holmes Sr. and Sarah Brewster.
