Mrs. Mary Ann Hoskins, who has been an inmate of the Lismore Hospital, for some time with a bad leg died in that institution on Saturday night and was buried in the R. C. Cemetery yesterday afternoon. The funeral being largely attended. The deceased lady had been a sufferer from the same trouble for some years and a considerable time ago was operated on for it. She was subsequently operated on again by Drs. Franceschi and Braccer, but although the operation was successful, and she rallied afterwards, it was without avail and the deceased succumbed on Saturday night.
