Probate

Keziah Thomas, of Kingston, widow died intestate and on 7 January 1788, Isaiah Thomas of Kingston was granted the administration of her estate.^[2]

Her inventory was taken on 2 February 1788 in Kingston. Her estate was represented as insolvent.^[3] A list of claims and creditors was recorded.^[4]

In 1789, an account of her estate by Isaiah Thomas was recorded which included doctor, nursing in her last sickness, provisions and medicines, funeral charges, and administration fees.^[5]
