Biography

Born January 20, 1858 at Holmesville, Goderich, Huron, Canada West, Arabella was the daughter of William Holmes and Charlotte Amy McCullagh. She married Clarke Gillanders on March 31, 1880.^[1]

They had at least 5 children: Clarke and Arabell had at least 5 children:

Cyril born in 1881;^[2]

Howard born in 1884;^[3]

Laura born in 1886;^[4]

Hilda born in 1888;^[5]

Eustace born in 1893.^[6]

Arabella died in Vancouver, British Columbia, on October 15, 1929. ^[7] She is buried with her husband in the Mt. View Cemetery in Vancouver^[8]
