Biography

Sybil Holton was born on December 5, 1751 at Northfield, Massachusetts.[1].She is the daughter of John Holton and Mehitable Alexander.

Sybil married first to Amasa Sheldon on July 25, 1771 at Northfield, Massachusetts.[2]Amasa was born in April of 1748 in Bernardston, Massachusetts, the son of Amasa Sheldon and Sarah Bardwell. Amasa died in 1780, a Soldier of the Revolution.

Sybil marries second to Nathaniel Rich on April 29, 1791 in Massachusetts. Nathaniel was born on March 20, 1742 in Sutton, Worcester, Massachusetts, the son of Elisha Rich and Mary Davis.

Nathaniel Rich dies about 1800 at Ticonderoga, New York. Sybil dies on January 4, 1839 in Shoreham, Addison, Vermont, United States.
