John was born about 1740. He passed away about 1830.

This biography was auto-generated by a GEDCOM import.[1] It's a rough draft and needs to be edited.

Notes

The two spouse profiles currently attached to John are almost certainly spurious. The Ancestry trees on which this import was based reference the marriage of William Honeycutt and Martha Ann Alford in 1830.

John Honeycut was the son of Austin ( Augustine Honeycut Jr ) whose parents were Augustine and Phoebe Crews. His wife's name was Elizabeth and she was later claimed to be Miss. Choctaw. It appears Johns descendants thru John Jr. claim was rejected as they failed to move to Indian Territory. He would be considered the first John. His known brothers were Britton, (Austin the 3rd) , and Meredith , he also had a sister whose name was likely Lydia.
