Biography

Samuel was born on 6 May 1745 in Sturbridge, Worcester, Massachusetts Bay Colony.[1] He was the son of Henry Hooker Jr. and Mary Elizabeth (Parker) Hooker.[1]

He married Mary Pierce on 15 Oct 1767 in Sturbridge, Massachusetts.[2]

He died on 25 Nov 1822 in Sturbridge, Worcester, Massachusetts.[3] He was buried in Old Burial Ground.[4]
