She was born on 05 Nov 1852 Jackson County, North Carolina, USA and her parents were Elizabeth Jane (Long, 1834–1885) and Andrew Deaver Hooper (1828–1899).
Ruth Angeline Hooper married on 14 October 1875 in Macon County, North Carolina, USA to John Andrew Hooper (1846–1918) with officiant, Judge J. K. Gray.
She died on 11 June 1929 [1] and was buried at Mill Pond Cemetery in Rugby, Henderson County, North Carolina, USA. [2] [3]
