Milford Govan Hooper was born on 16 Dec 1875 in Towns, Georgia to Isaac Mack "Ike" Hooper and his 2nd wife Mattie Delanie Hooper.
He married Sallie Adams on 22 December 1901 in Towns Co., Georgia.[1]
Together they became the parents of Martin Isaac Hooper; Jim Barney Hooper; Beulah (Hooper) Trotter Farmer, Dorothy Hooper; Bonnie Hooper, Bertha Hooper, and Lillie Hooper.
Govan died on 21 November 1964 in Hall Co., Georgia and was buried at Alta Vista Cemetery in Gainesville, Hall County, Georgia.[2]
