Robert Hopkins was born 02 June 1713, in East Greenwich, Kent, Rhode Island, [1] to Joseph Hopkins Sr and Martha Whalley.

Robert married Robey Carr on 16 October 1743. [2]

Robert Hopkins died 01 August 1751, in Kingston, Washington, Rhode Island. No record has been found.
