Mary was born in Harwich in 1708/9, the daughter of Stephen and Sarah (Howes) Hopkins.
She married Samuel Snow on March 6, 1729/30. They had one child together:
Hannah Snow, b: 9 Mar 1730 in Harwich (now Brewster), Barnstable, Massachusetts Bay Province, New England.
After Samuel Snow died in July 1730, she remarried on 5 June 1735 to Shubael Lewis, b: 29 Sep 1705 in Barnstable, Barnstable, Massachusetts Bay Province, New England.
