Biography

Chester was born in 1911. He was the son of Cyrus Hopper and Ida Spencer. Both parents died when he was very young. ^{[1] [2]}

Chester was married to Berneice Frazer and they had at least three children.^[3]

Chester passed away in 1987.^[4] He is buried in Cass County, Nebraska.^[5]
