Izora was born about 1861.

She married Orlando J. Baldwin on 29 December 1880 in Benton Co., Missouri. Their children were:

  1. Della Denver Baldwin (~1882–1962) .
  2. John Baldwin (~1894– ) .
  3. Roy Baldwin (1896– ) .
  4. Harvey Baldwin (~1899– )
