Biography
MRS. JACK BELCHER Mrs. Elsie M. Belcher, 46, Strasburg, Mo., died yesterday at a hospital in Columbia, Mo. She was born in Belton and lived in the area most of her life before moving to Strasburg in 1966. She was a member of the First Christian church, Raymore. Surviving are her husband, Jack Belcher, and a son, Jackie Lee Belcher, both of the home; three brothers, Homer Hopper, Raymore; Wilber Hopper, Belton, and Orval Hopper, 11117 Cleveland, and a sister, Mrs. Beulah Butcher, Strasburg. Services will be held at 1:30 o’clock Thursday at the Stanley chapel, Pleasant Hill; burial in Raymore cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 8:30 o’clock tonight at the chapel.
