Biography

Eliza's parents were Joshua and perhaps Anne (Jackson) Horne. I am not certain about that.... Her mother may have been Sarah Horne....another possibility....

Eliza was married to Charles Hartley November 1, 1840.

Eliza is mentioned in the record of their daughter, Emma Susan Hartley, born in 1856 in England.

In 1880, the family was living in Bountiful, Davis, Utah.
