Baptized Jan. 23rd, in the parish of Shildon, in county of Durham, daughter of William and Annie Eliza Horner, of Shildon. William was a miner. Ceremony performed by George Bradshaw.

Married in Christ Church, Vancouver, August 8th, 1913.

Lived at 1258 East 28th Ave. Vancouver, BC. Moved to a care facility at #416 - 1425 East 3rd Ave. Vancouver.

Died Sept.1, 1980 at 91 years.
