Maiden name was Elizabeth Frances "Fanny" Horner, but she primarily went by the nickname of Fanny. Also known as:

• E Fannie Allen in 1900 US Census.

• Fanny.

Birth Location is in question: 1) First marriage record states she was born in Ohio. 2) Second marriage record states she was born in Greenup, Kentucky. 3) 1880 census states Ohio. 4) 1900 Census states Kentucky.

Death date and location not verified, but would be sometime after 21 Feb 1911 when she married her second husband James Henry Bodenheimer in Ohio.
