Biography

1872 Texas Marriage

Hamilton G Horton was enumerated as head of the household at street address here, Seguin Ward 1, Guadalupe County, Texas for the May 3, United States Census, 1910. He was noted as born 1837 in Georgia and widowed. He lists his occupation as a clergyman (Methodist Church) and he is an owner as seen in the image of the original census.[1]

Hamilton G Horton was enumerated as father (in-law) of the head of household at Third Street, Bishop, Nueces County, Texas for the February 4, United States Census, 1920. He was noted as born 1836 in Georgia and married as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are head Walter L Johnson, wife Effie K Johnson, son Walter H Johnson, son Marvin D Johnson and daughter Vivian L Johnson.[2]
