Biography

Arthur Carl "Dock" Horton (aka Lenard) is the younger Brother of My Father, Albert Andrew Dick" Horton also known as "Lenard". Recent Dna results from myself, and my Daug, and Granddaughter, prove that my Father was the Son of Pierce Horton, and Mary Ann Warren. Pierce Horton did not leave his family until about 1893, when my Father was about 7 years old. My Father told me many times about the time that his Father "disappeared", and how he had searched for him, following his footprints, until it was to dark for him to see. That Info alone shows that Pierce Horton was still with his family in the early 1890s. Census Records, show Carl as well as Albert, to be of Horton Bloodlines. There were 11 children in all. Albert, and Carl were the last ones born to Pierce Horton, and Mary Ann Warren. .
