Biography
Isam was born in 1902 and passed away in 1969. He is the son of Benjamin Franklin Hoskins and Susanne Britton Davidson Hoskins. He married Sarah A Wagers in 1922. Buried at Hoskins Family Cemetery, Big Double Creek, Peabody, Clay County, Kentucky
