Mrs. Alice (Houck) Knupp-Tucker,67, died at 12:33 yesterday morning at her home in Lovejoy, after an illness of more than a year. Mrs. Tucker was born in Rayne Township, August 20, 1871, a daughter of William H. and Ann (Long) Houck. She was married twice, her first husband, Irwin Knupp, having died 19 years ago. Surviving are her second husband, R. L. Tucker, and these children born to the first union: Mrs. Ethel Idoch and Alvin Knupp, both of Akron, Ohio, and Ernest and Vincent Knupp, and Mrs. Orpha Sherry, all o Detroit, Mich. She also leaves 10 step-children, seven grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. She was a sister of Joseph Houck, Greensburg, and Amos Houck, Clymer. Interment in East Mahoning Cemetery.[1]
