Biography

Mary Anne Howard was born in 1614 in Leicestershire, England. She married Jeffrey Ferris. Children: Peter, Mary. She died on 31 Jul 1658 in Greenwich, Fairfield, Connecticut.

Disputed Spouse

Seems Anne Howard's marriage to Jeffrey Ferris may have stemmed from repeated copying of unsourced online family trees.[citation needed]

Note: Mary (Howard) Ferris is being detached as the wife of Jeffrey Ferris since there is no evidence found for the marriages. Additionally, Robert Charles Anderson in "Great Migration" does not list her as his wife.[1]

It was suggested to me by a Ferris genealogist that this was her maiden name. It has not been proven or disproven so you may change it to unknown if you wish!
