Biography
Sybil Sophonia Howe was born on March 7, 1943 in Cattaraugus County, New York to Samuel Howe and Jane Manley.
She married William Gilbert Palmer on 28 Sep 1859 in New York state, and was living in North Collins, New York in 1860.[1] They moved to Michigan about 1865 and had 12 children.[2]
Sybil died in California on October 25, 1921 and was buried in Vaughn Bay Cemetery, Vaughn, Pierce, Washington. [3]
