Biography
Francis was born 14 August 1803 in Dorchester, Massachusetts. He is the son of Moses Howe and Ann Munrow. He married first on 6 July 1828 Betsey C. Pickett. They had four children, She died in Boston 1 June 1852. He married second Mrs. Mary Ann Peck. He died in Braintree 24 May 1879.[1]
