DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Lydia by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Lydia:
Howe-4809 and Howe-2731 appear to represent the same person because: Lydia Pratt Howe married first Absalom Osboutne. He died 16 January 1836 and she next married Daniel Munroe. He died in, and she married third John Hardin. This explains the difference in names.
He is buried in the Pratt Town Cemetery in Bridgewater Mass. I would think she may be there as well. I think they were divorced.
