Heiress. In 1638 she was Executrix to her husband, John Grobham.
Agnes Howe was the daughter of John Howe and Joan Grobham, of Emble, in Stogumber, County of Somerset. The Visitation of England and Wales notes she was born before 15 April 1585.
She was mentioned in the Will of her maternal grandmother, Eleanor Treble Grobham, dated 1 September (36Eliz) 1594, Proved on 25 October 1594 (PCC 67 Dixy). It in, she mentions her eldest son Richard Grobham, her sons John and youngest son George Grobham, her daughters Joan Howe and Grace Grobham, her son-in-law John Howe, her brother-in-law Robert Grobham, and the children of her daughter Joan Howe: Elizabeth, Agnes, John, George and Laurence Howe.
On 27 November 1608 at Bishops Lydeard, she married John Grobham, with at least four issue.

She died in 1655/6. Administration for her Estate was granted on 5 February 1655/6 (PCC).
