Biography
Born in Goshen, Connecticut 19 Oct 1772, the son of Joseph Howe and Prudence Norton. He married Huldah Willoughby, daughter of John and Olive (Smith) Willoughby, born 20 Mar 1773. They lived in Goshen and had at least five children.[1]
