Biography
As of March 2019, very little is known about Jessie. She was born in Irving in abt. 1876. She is the sixth born child and fourth daughter of Truman Howe and Gertrude Graham. Jessie appears in the 1880 Census at age three, however, a few months after recording her presence, she died at age four of unknown causes.[1] She was buried without a headstone at Kenyon Cemetery in Irving Township.[2] Thirty five years after her death, Jessie's older brother, Arthur would name one of his daughters after his little sister.
