Revolutionary War service for Joseph Howe (1746-1807) has not been found searching the DAR and SAR databases. There is a similar persona, Joseph Howe (1752-1831, born Lebanon CT and died in VT), but this should not be confused with "this" Joseph Howe. A Search of the CT Men in the Revolution Document [1] found only the "other" Joseph Howe in service during the Revolutionary War. However, this is not a definitive "no" that he served in the war.
