Biography

Mary Ann aka Molly Howery was born in Virginia in 1853 to Peter and Frances Pate Howery. She is listed with her parents on the 1860 Census^[1] in Floyd, Virginia. On the 1870 Census she is listed in the home of her brother; William.^[2] It is believed that she married Millard Goodykoontz on Oct 31, 1876 in Pulaski County, Virginia; but a marriage record is needed for verification. She has been definitively linked to the following five children:
