Research Notes
---Based upon his Will, Joseph Howland had an unidentified son-in-law named Simeon Porter whose wife is unnamed but this Simeon Porter shouldn't be confused with the John Porter family from Lebanon, CT (Thomas, Richard Porter of Weymouth, MA.) who was the father of John and Simeon of Cornwallis, N.S. [Mayflower Quarterly, Vol. 45(1979): p.70]
