Dorcas Houghton was born December 22, 1825 in Banner, Calhoun County, Mississippi, the daughter of Abraham and Darcas (Castleberry) Howton
She married Fielden Daves.
Dorcus died September 4, 1904 and was buried in Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Bruce, Calhoun County, Mississippi.[1]
