James Agee is listed as a soldier of Infantry in a book "a list of soldiers of the Virginia line on continental Establishment who have received certificates for the balance of there (sic) full pay, agreeable to an act of Assembly passed November session 1781. His pay of 36 pounds was received by Matt. Agee on 10 Dec 1783. Louis N. Agee had no further information on James and Patty Huckerby Age
