Jessie was born about 1811 in Broome, New York. He was the son of George Huddleston and Sybil (_____) Huddlestone.

He married Rhoda Bently in 1833.

He died about 1892 in Otselic, Chenango, New York. He was buried in Rhode Island Cemetery.^[1]
