- His Marriage record gives his parents' names as James Hudson and Eva [no last name given].[1] The 1910 Census says they were both born in England.[2]
- His wife is listed as a widow and head of the household at the time of the 1940 Census.[3] This means William passed away between 1930 and 1940.
