Elizabeth was born about 1799(aged 40 when she arrived in 1839) and either baptised in Kenwyn Cornwall on November 10, 1799 and the daughter of Thomas Hugh an Elizabeth Hugh[1] or she was the daughter of Charles Hugh and Elizabeth and baptised in Helston(a bit further away from Sithney than Kenwyn)[2]
Elizabeth Hughes married Alexander Chegwidden(sic) on September 20, 1818 in Sithney, Cornwall[3]. She passed away about 1855.[4]
