Biography

Malvina was born about 1839. She was the daughter of Asa Hugoboom and Rena Perkins.

She was living with her widowed mother and siblings in Hamburg, Erie, New York in 1850.^[1] In 1855, she was working as an employee for Joshua and Ann Tichnor in Perrysburg, Cattaraugus, New York.^[2] In 1860, she was living and working as a servant with the Sylvester Cox family in Otto, Cattaraugus, New York.^[3]

Malvina married Adelbert A. Merrill on 09 Mar 1869 in Forestville, Chautauqua, New York.^[4] They had two daughters - Ida Mae and Nettie.

They were living in Perrysburg in 1870, 1875, and 1880.^[5][6][7]

She was living in Villenova, Chautauqua, New York in 1925.^[8]

She passed away in 1929 in Villenova. ^[9][10]
