Bathsheba was born about 1710 in Newport, Rhode Island, Rhode Island. She was the daughter of Tristram Hull and Elizabeth (Dyer) Hull.

She married Ebenezer Slocum on 4 Apr 1728 in Newport, Newport, Rhode Island.

She died after 1774 in Dartmouth, Bristol, Massachusetts Bay Colony.
