Biography
Robert Hunt was born in 1703 in Westchester, NY. His parents were Thomas Hunt and Elizabeth Gardiner. He resided at the family home, Grove Farm, where he oversaw the family businesses. He married Christina, a second cousin, in 1730.
Children included Davis, born 1730, Robert born 1734, Rachel born 1736, and Phineus born 1838.
He died in 1749. He was buried in Joseph Rodman Drake Park Bronx, Bronx County, New York, USA.
