Henry Hunt was born in Sudbury, Middlesex, Massachusetts, on 10 March 1715/6, the son of Isaac Hunt and Mary Willard.[1][2][3]
Elizabeth Rice and Henry Hunt were married at Sudbury on 3 Nov 1735.[4][5] They had at least the following children, registered at Rutland:
Ashbel, b. July 9, 1739; d. March 7, 1739-40.
Reuben, d. Nov. 19, 1739.
Mary, b. Jan. 22, 1 740/1; d. Sept. 24, 1749.
Mindwell, b. Feb. 8, 1742/3; d. Oct. 4, 1749.
Sary (Sarah), b. March 26, 1745.
Elizabeth, b. June 27, 1751; d. Sept. 30, 1749.
His wife Elisabeth died at Rutland, Worcester, Massachusetts, on 20 April 1754 in her 48th year.[6]
Henry Hunt and the widow Mrs. Prudence Howe of Leicester were married at Rutland on 25 Dec 1754.[7][8] They had at least one child, whose birth was registered at Rutland:
Henry Willard, s. Henry and Prudence, Feb. 16, 1756.
NOTE: There is no entry in the Leicester Vital Records for Henry's death.
