RUSK COUNTY TEXAS DEED BK. K, PAGE 365 -- (Wm Howeth to heirs of Thomas Hunt deceased Dec. 2, 1856)“…for and in consideration of Four hundred dollars to me in hand paid by Thomas Hunt formerly of Rusk County and State aforesaid but now deceased. The receipt of which I hereby acknowledge have bargained sold and conveyed unto the heirs of said Thomas Hunt decd. …. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal using Scrowl (sic) for Seal. This 2nd day of Dec AD 1856.

Hunt-3091 and Hunt-2264 are not ready to be merged because: Differences in some data such as death date, specifics of death location, and surname of wife Louvisa. No doubt this is the same person.
