Biography

Gertrude was born about 1886.
Gertrude's first marriage was to John Joseph Cormack in 1912, in Hammond, South Australia.[1] There were two children from the marriage, a daughter Irene Kathleen in 1913, and a son Desmond John in 1914. John died on 26 Jan 1916 in the Hundred of Coonatto.[2]
Gertrude remarried in 1921 to Michael James Reidy in Norwood, South Australia.[3] They had two sons, Kevin James in 1922, and John Leonard in 1924. Michael pre-deceased Gertrude in 1952.[4]
Gertrude passed away in July 1957. Her death was not registered. She was interred at Centennial Park with Michael on 20 July[5].
