The witnesses were called William Smith and Ann Plumbe.

1841 census: William Hunt was living at Byfield with Jane Hunt and their children.
His age was given as 40, implying a birth date between 1796 and 1801.
He was said to have been born outside Northamptonshire.
He was a shoemaker.

1851 census: William Hunt was living at Byfield with his wife Jane and 2 of their children.
His age was given as 53, implying a birth date in 1797 or 1798.
His birthplace was given as Cropredy, Oxfordshire.
He was a shoemaker.

He passed away in 1877.
Research Notes
Betty Bint writes in her research 1987: William was a son of Thomas Hunt and Mary nee Smith.
But note: a child called Thomas Hunt was baptised at Cropredy on 7 January 1798, as the son of Thomas and Mary Hunt, of Cropredy.

I have boldly changed the date and place of marriage to one in Cropredy, which seems much more likely to be correct, and, incidentally, which happened before the baptism of their children Thomas. If you feel that is wrong, by all means correct it.
