However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Ann:

Does this profile represent the same person as https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Hutchins-633? If not, is the son attached to the right profile? My other comment may pertain to Hutchins-633 given the date of birth.

It is uncertain if this is the same person: Ann Hutchins (no other given name, just Ann) b 3 Feb 1804 dau of James (b 1771) and Sarah (b 1770) Hutchins. In this record, Ann is the youngest with a brother Davis b 3 Dec 1798. This is found in Hinshaw Encyclopedia of American Quaker Genealogy Vol 5 pg 782, Mill Creek Monthly Meeting. This does not indicate this is the place of birth, Quaker records were recorded in new meetings when families moved.

Again, uncertain of identities, there is an 1847 record of an Ann Hutchins given permission to marry a John ____________ of Indiana. Given the date, probably not the same Ann as above.

Of the Ann in the first paragraph, there does not seem to be further record in these particular meeting minutes under Hutchins or Johnson. There is a James Johnson mentioned who was disowned (reason not given) in 1822.
